There are very few people who love this video, besides Adam and me. Adam says that one day people will see it as the magnum opus that it is. All of the photography is by us, and the music is Adam’s, under the name Babakool.
We shot it in New York City, Los Angeles, and Tuscon AZ.
It’s not supposed to be a narrative that is easily understood. Think of it as a powerful dream that you just can’t exactly remember.
To me, it’s all that, and a collection of beautiful images.
This is a collection of photographs made mostly by me. Some of the photos of me are by Adam, and some are by my cousin and also a friend who helped me out at the Beauty Bar, Brooklyn, where some of it was shot. I set up the camera and told them what to do. I am very happy about the results of this video.
It shows some lovely spots in NYC parks. I love the night time shots in the Upper West Side of Central Park, at Strawberry Fields.
